Housing Opportunities for Farm Workers
The Imperial Valley Housing Authority offers affordable housing opportunities for farm workers and their families who reside in the Imperial County. These units are developed to support the essential workforce that helps sustain our local agricultural economy.
Several of our farm worker housing communities were made possible through funding and support from agencies such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the California Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD). This investment ensures that farm working families have access to safe, decent, and affordable homes.
Key Features:
· Income-based rent
· Family-friendly units in various sizes
· On-site maintenance and responsive property management
