Public Housing Program

Our Public Housing Program provides safe, decent, and affordable rental housing to low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities throughout the Imperial County. The properties are owned and managed by the Imperial Valley Housing Authority and are maintained to ensure quality living conditions for our residents.

We offer a variety of unit types and bedroom sizes to meet the needs of diverse households. Rent is based on household income and is calculated according to federal guidelines.

Application Availability

Please note that applications for our Public Housing Program are subject to closure at any time. If the waiting list becomes too long or if there are limited unit openings, the Housing Authority may temporarily stop accepting new applications.
