We are excited to announce that Direct Deposit of Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) will be available with the June 01, 2014 payment.
Ensure your Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) is on time, every time. Complete and submit a Direct Deposit Authorization Form along with a copy of a voided check NO LATER THAN April 30, 2014. If you previously submitted direct deposit information, please submit a new enrollment form as well as a voided check.

Effective September 2014, IVHA will require ALL Section 8 HAP (Housing Assistance Payment) payees to receive payments by Direct Deposit. Direct Deposit will be IVHA’s sole method of paying housing assistance payments to owners. Enrollments forms must be received no later than July 31, 2014 in order to avoid interruption of your payments.
